Plateau United have left Nigeria for Libya ahead of Wednesday’s CAF Confederations Cup Play-off 2nd leg tie against Al-Akhdar, Abbeylivenetwork.com reports.
The travelling party which comprises, players, coaches and other backroom staff will be led by the Nigeria Football Federation NFF, Executive Committee member, representing the North-East geopolitical zone, Timothy Henman.
Plateau United on Sunday departed the shores of Nigeria via Murtala Mohamed International Airport, Lagos aboard a Qatar Airways flight to Doha before connecting another flight to Benghazi, Libya.
